After completing the first cover for Morgan Rhodes’ A Book of Spirits and Thieves, it was decided that it was erring–visually–a little too far away from the Falling Kingdoms series covers. I was commissioned to illustrate a new cover that tied in more closely to the Falling Kingdoms covers and I had a blast, as always, creating this new cover.
